NON-VOLATILE BLUE BLEACHING POWDER
Ideal for technical lightening work on the entire hair, streaks, highlights and fashion effects, the bleaching powder has a particular non-volatile formulation which avoids the formation of dust during preparation. Thanks to the blue powder, it has an anti-yellow action and has a light fruity scent.
HOW TO USE
Mix with PURE OXY at a 1:2 dilution. Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the porosity and the effect you want to achieve.
