You may therefore receive packaging made from recycled material.
2-SHIPPING ADDRESS
You will be able to receive the package at your home or at your place of work , if it is more convenient for you.
Between the two, we advise you to opt for the address that is definitely manned during working hours on weekdays (Mon-Fri | 9am-6pm).
To receive the package without problems, avoiding storage and delays, we recommend that you carefully check your details .
Make sure they are always updated and complete with:
- name and surname reported on the intercom (in case of shipment to your home)
- name of the business (in case of shipment to the workplace)
- house number (or in the absence of the wording snc)
- valid telephone number
3-SHIPPING COSTS

5-DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times in Italy vary from 1 to 3 working days based on the destination and availability of the product.
1 working day for Sicily
2 working days for mainland Italy
3/4 working days for Sardinia, smaller islands and disadvantaged postcodes
Please note that shipping times for perfumes could take up to 10 days due to excessive demand.
(except for reasons of force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions and strikes, and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
During seasonal peaks (e.g. Christmas) the times indicated may be longer.
6-HOW TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT

We invite you to constantly monitor the progress of your shipment in order to promptly identify and resolve any problems that prevent the courier from completing the delivery (repeated absence of the recipient, incorrect/incomplete address or unknown recipient).
7-WHAT TO DO UPON DELIVERY
Upon delivery, always check that:
1– The package is intact , not damaged or wet;
2 - The number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the courier's delivery receipt;
IMPORTANT:
In the rare event that you find anomalies with respect to what is indicated above, it is essential to accept the package with reservation and describe in detail the problem found in the courier's electronic device paper receipt.
Notify us promptly of the inconvenience.
Once the courier document has been signed without reporting any type of anomaly, it will not be possible to make any complaints or requests for reimbursement.
