Returns and Refunds

We have divided them into 5 types to help you easily find the information you really need to resolve any problems related to your order.

  1. Right of withdrawal

I thought about it again, can I return the product?

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase , follow these simple instructions:

1) First consider whether the item to be returned is:
- in the same conditions in which you received it;
- perfectly intact, in original packaging, equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
- without any signs of use (not ruined, damaged or soiled in any way).

We would like to underline that items that do not have the characteristics listed above are excluded from the right of withdrawal .
In particular, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of sealed items , which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and which have been opened after delivery.

If the item meets the requirements described above, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package , sending it to the following address:

You can use any shipping method, taking care to adequately package the contents to preserve their integrity during transport.
We will not be responsible in any way for any damage or loss of the returned package.

2) Upon receipt of the package, we will carry out the necessary checks to ensure that the item meets all the requirements listed above. Following a positive verification , we will issue a refund according to the appropriate method within 14 days of receiving the package, provided that the item has been returned within 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal exercise. The refund will consist of the sales price of the goods plus any delivery costs to the customer ; transport costs incurred by the customer for the return are expressly excluded.

Following a negative verification of the item, we will not be able to follow up on the withdrawal request.
The decision will be appropriately justified via photos/videos.
In this case the returned item will be sent back upon your express request and freight collect.

2.Received wrong product

What happens if the product received is not the one ordered?

If you receive a product other than the one ordered , we will promptly replace it at our expense with the product you actually requested.

Here's how we will act to optimize times and alleviate the inconvenience caused as much as possible.

Following your report, we will immediately send the correct product and the courier will deliver it to the same address; upon delivery, the courier will collect the incorrect product in your possession.

The incorrect product may be repackaged for convenience within the same package in which you received it. It will be sufficient to seal the package again with adhesive tape. It is not necessary to attach any return label.

 3. Defective or damaged item

What do I do if my product broke during transportation?

In the event of receiving a defective or damaged item , we will do our best to quickly agree on the solution most acceptable to you.

To ascertain the nature of the defect/damage and evaluate its extent, we first need your kind collaboration. It will be sufficient to send us photographic or video testimonials that clearly document the problem encountered; you can do it via Whatsapp or email .

After having viewed the material kindly provided by you, we will evaluate together the best solution between refund (full or partial) and replacement at our expense with a new item (the same one purchased by you, if immediately available, or an equivalent only with your authorization) .

As regards the item in your possession, we will inform you whether it will remain at your disposal free of charge or whether we will collect it at our expense.

4- Wrong purchase - replacement

I ordered the wrong product, can I replace it?

If upon receiving the package you realize that you have purchased the wrong product , we will replace it by adopting this simple procedure:

1) First make sure that the item to be returned is:
- in the same conditions in which you received it;
- perfectly intact, in original packaging, equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
- without any signs of use (not ruined, damaged or soiled in any way).

2) If the item meets the requirements described above, tell us the correct product that you actually intended to purchase: we will send it at our expense .
The courier will deliver it to the same address and at the same time collect the product purchased in error .
Make sure you package your return appropriately to preserve its integrity during transport. For convenience, you can reuse the same package in which you received it, simply sealing it with adhesive tape.

In the event that there is a difference in price between the item purchased by mistake and the one requested as a replacement, we will contact you to agree on the most appropriate method for paying the balance of the order.

  1. Assistance and guarantee

My straightener has a fault, can you help me?

The procedure envisaged in this case is the following:

1) Check in advance that the item is covered by warranty : refer to the times indicated in the official manufacturer documentation present in the package and make sure of the purchase date shown on our order confirmation or in the purchase history of your account.

2) If the item is still under warranty, you can send it in the original packaging, complete with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation to our office at the following address:

Shipping is at your expense and can be carried out using methods at your discretion.

3) Upon receipt of the package, after having verified that the nature of the fault and the timing are compliant, we will send the item to the manufacturer's technical assistance center at our expense.

4) In the event of a repair or replacement under warranty by the manufacturer, we will always deliver the item to the address registered in your account at our expense .

In cases of faults/damages excluded from the warranty terms described in the manufacturer's policy, or in the case of requests for assistance that exceed the warranty coverage times , we will communicate to you the manufacturer's estimate regarding the possible repair/replacement cost to be paid of the buyer.
